Whether fresh, cooked or tempered - the TWISTER 1000 dicer is the high-throughput specialist for caliber products. It processes products up to 1000 mm long into precise cubes, strips, or flakes. Grating is also part of its cutting repertoire. In one hour, the machine reaches a maximum of 4.5 t (depending on product and application).

With the TWISTER 1000, maximum load capacity and strong performance results meet a high degree of user-friendliness from loading to cleaning. Various line solutions are possible up to fully automatic loading and forwarding of the cut product to the multihead weigher. Sophisticated technology ensures optimum cutting conditions here. For example, the blade speed can be adapted more flexibly to the product and application (FlexRotationSystem, 100 to max. 400 rpm).
