Using a unique crumb-management system, the RevoCrumb separates the coarse from the fine crumb and then lets you precisely control their flow onto the product. This guarantees the perfect, all-round appearance and lets you independently adjust the top and bottom layers to ensure optimum coverage.

Minimal breakdown of crumb

A revolutionary transport mechanism carefully circulates the crumb so that its structure remains intact during processing with damage virtually eliminated. This makes it particularly suitable for fragile crumbs such as panko or cornflakes.

Increased adhesion—increased yield

Adjustable pressure rollers and vibrating plates significantly increase crumb adhesion and pickup to improve your yield. In combination with the Active Batter Applicator, it’s possible to virtually eliminate belt marks in the coating on the underside of products.

The Innova QC module automates quality control procedures. The Line Profiler configures the required line set-up per master recipe and sends the programmed settings to the machines. 

Together with the Recipe Manager module, Innova’s traceability engine can track systematically what has been made, when, where and by whom. Recipe Manager calculates the right amount of ingredients and knows what line set-up is needed to make the desired product, with the same settings as before, resulting in a consistent end product.

Cyclone for your clean production

The powerful vacuum easily attaches to the RevoCrumb, drawing excess coating directly from the machine to ensure a dust-free environment. The hygienic system means left over crumbs, flakes or flour can be collected in the Cyclone. Accessory is available to suit 600, 700 and 1000 mm machine widths.

The Tool Cart accessory serves as a handy companion during equipment cleaning and maintenance. CrumbFeeder for increased coating efficiency and ergonomics

CrumbFeeder increases efficiency on the coating line in a simple, ergonomic and labor-efficient way.

Operators add several bags of coating material to the CrumbFeeder at an ergonomically safe height, with the feeder bringing up the material as it's needed. A sensor in the machine's bunker gives a signal when the level is low, so it's easy to monitor when additional material needs to be added.

By automatically bringing up coating material and alerting when the level is low, the CrumbFeeder reduces the demands on labor to free operators to manage several machines while keeping the line running.
