All Marel floor scales can be fitted with both the M1100 and the M2400 indicator and have identical features as normal packing and grading or system scales.

The floor scales can operate as single or dual-range units, changing from low to high range in response to the load on the platform. The floor scale series of reliable, robust and hygienic scales is designed and constructed to suit a wide variety of weighing operations and environments. Trolleys - PL6000

The PL6000 platform for trolleys can handle 600 kg. It enables easy weighing of products in a trolley wagon. These low profile scales take up very little space, are light-weight and easy to clean. Their height of only 30 mm makes it easy to push even a heavy wagon onto the scales, using a small access ramp.

The scale is available with two ramps as a drive-through, or with one ramp and end stop on the other side. The scale is very light, with a handle on one side for an easy lift when cleaning.

Floor - PL7000

The PL7000 is a 1500 kg floor platform that can handle most weighing jobs in wet and dry production areas. The floor scales can be placed on the floor or installed in a pit. The scale is equipped with a gas spring “flip-up” enabling easy cleaning. Pit frames are available for the pit versions and ramps for the floor version

Euro pallets - PU8000

The PU8000 2000 kg U-platform is a high-capacity weighing floor platform intended for euro pallets. The platform can be fitted with a top cover and ramp when weighing loads smaller than pallet-size.
